Every massage I give is tailored to meet individual client needs but I often incorporate techniques from the following modalities into my sessions.

Swedish Massage

Long, gentle strokes and kneading - great for overall relaxation, well-being and stress reduction.

Deep Tissue Massage

Focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue and specific muscle groups. Great for someone looking for a stronger massage. Deep tissue is also great for chronic conditions.

Sports Massage

Can be performed pre or post event, or as maintenance between events. Helps prevent injury and keeps the body flexible for better performance.

Therapeutic Chair Massage

Blue Owl is on the road! Contact Blue Owl for your chair massage needs. Using a portable chair I am able to come to your office, or special event. Chair massage is a terrific benefit for your employees. It's a thoughtful way to say thank you for a job well done. It's a treat to look forward to at the end of a long project. Regular weekly or bi weekly chair massage is also a great way to enhance employee productivity and well-being. One of the best effects of chair massage is that it leaves the recipient feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to focus - not groggy and ready for a nap!

Energy Work

The use of light touch to encourage the free flow of energy in the body. Energy work is wonderful for clients who are unable to experience conventional massage because of contraindications such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, certain heart conditions, etc.

Quick Pick Me Up

If you're in a hurry but still want to find a way to get your regular massage come in for a half hour treat!

Come in from the cold, close your eyes and relax under warm flannel sheets while receiving a comforting massage to your hands, feet and face. This service can also be extended to a full hour.
